About Factory
Al Falwa Est. activities started in 1976, monitoring the needs and capacities of an ever growing market for concrete elements and building materials in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
From ever since Al Falwa Est. has distinguished itself for a constant increase in the number of its factories to meet the exigencies of the expanding market.
With the establishment in 1982 of one of the first fully automatic plants for the production of concrete blocks in Riyadh area, Al Falwa Est. definitely set up its headquarters in Al Kharj road area, the heart of the cement industry.
To convene the demands of the growing Saudi market, on regular basis, new factories including block and concrete elements production, ready mix concrete plants, mechanical workshops for maintenance and repair were established not only in the capital area, but also in the new coming developments areas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The new century witnessed the establishment of another fully automatic plant for the production of concrete blocks, the improvement of the ready mix concrete factory and the recent project to establish of a third fully automatic plant for concrete blocks.
